How to order
GENERAL INFORMATION
All images where prints are available for purchase, are processed and printed by a professional lab on high grade photo paper to ensure you receive only the highest quality product.
Please note, the printed images are of a higher resolution and quality than they appear on the web pages and therefore may differ slightly than shown.
There may also be slight adjustment to the final image when sizing it to the print size requested.
Ordering a print(s) of your choice could not be simpler:
Step 1 - Click on your chosen image and then (if available to purchase) select the size and type of finish you require on the left hand side of the screen.
Step 2 - Add your selection to the cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" Button.
(Other selections can be added to your shopping cart in the same way).
Step 3 - Once you have finished ordering, view your order by clicking on the "View Cart" button. Items selected are displayed with a thumb nail of the image: this gives you the opportunity to check that the right image has been selected, together with size and price.
To change your order, you can remove specific items, or go back and add more.
Step 4 - To place your selected order click the "Place Order" button - you will then be directed to Paypal to complete your transaction using your debit or credit card.
If you prefer to order direct from Phil Tenwick Photography please do so by using "Contact Me" on the menu bar stating your requirements.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
All orders will be despatched within 10 - 14 days using Royal Mail 1st class recorded post.
Postage price per order (UK) £3.50.
All photographs will be packed in cardboard mounted photo envelopes.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are for any reason not completely satisfied with the quality of images received, we offer an exchange or refund policy.
Please note all return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer.
